Arts Activity Cards: SafeHarbor@Home

Dear grieving families,

We understand that not all children and teens are comfortable jumping right into a support group. Below are special activity cards you can do together, as a family, to introduce the ideas and activities we often partake in during our support groups. These activity cards are designed to be completed with whatever supplies you already have at home. They can also be done individually, if you or your child prefers. These cards can also be supplemental to groups, if you are attending sessions. We hope that these activities will promote some grief processing either together with family or individually in a journal. Enjoy!
