Program Description

This program is intended to present an update on a wide array of Breast Cancer topics. The faculty will present concise, evidence-based lectures with time to address questions.

Educational Objectives

Upon completion of this session, the participant shall be able to:

  1. Assess the current approach for screening for breast cancer in average risk and high - risk populations.
  2. Evaluate current surgical approaches and reconstructive options for early Breast cancer.
  3. Describe barriers for patient access and treatment for breast cancer and strategies to reduce these barriers.

Target Audience

This program, presented by Abington – Jefferson Health, is intended for medical oncologists, oncologic surgeons, radiation oncologists, primary care physicians and allied health professionals. This conference may also be of interest to nurses and advanced practice professionals.
