Along with the honor of being chosen to present the poster, AMH received the Gold Plus and Performance Achievement Award presented by the American Stroke Association (ASA). This recognition represents excellent stroke patient outcomes at AMH.
Captain Brad Nash and Captain Chris Reif of the Second Alarmer’s Rescue Squad attended the conference with Diamond and Murphy. AMH was complimented for being the only hospital in attendance to bring participating EMS paramedics to the conference. EMS is a vital link to a great stroke program, and AMH is proud to set the bar for future conferences.
