Our staff will discuss co-pays and other payment responsibilities with you.

Co-pays and payments for office visits are expected at the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

If you have a managed care plan, referrals are required to see specialists and for certain diagnostic test and procedures.

Please feel free to discuss any insurance questions with our staff.

Follow-Up Visits

  • Patients may receive a courtesy call 2 days before the appointment to be sure laboratory results and referrals are in place.
  • If your insurance requires a referral please make sure your primary doctor has addressed this. We cannot see patients without a valid referral.
  • If you are requested to have blood work done for your visit please be sure to have it drawn at least 1 week before the visit.
  • If you have laboratory tests done through your primary or other physician, please be sure we receive a copy. It may be helpful to bring a copy of your results to the appointment.
