Payment Information

Thank you for choosing Jefferson Abington Hospital for your health care needs. We work hard every day to ensure you are very satisfied with your care.

Generally, health insurance plans require you to pay a deductible or co-payment. You should familiarize yourself with your coverage, and contact your carrier or employee benefits coordinator if you have questions.

To assist you in rapidly processing your healthcare claim, we request that you be prepared to pay co-pay amounts, deductibles and deposits for out-of-pocket expenses before or at the time of service.

Many patients choose to use their credit cards to make these payments. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also can process your payment using debit cards, FSA and HSA.

If you have further questions, or require assistance in resolving your liability, contact our Patient Service Center Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at 215-481-5777. Our representatives can help you apply for Medical Assistance, Adult Basic, CHIP or special programs for which you and your family may be eligible. Additional information can be found here.
