Abington Memorial Hospital Presents

“Techniques and Treatments for Parkinson’s Disease and Essential Tremor”

ABINGTON, PA (February 14, 2011)—Learn the latest treatments for Parkinson’s Disease and Essential Tremor, including minimally-invasive Deep Brain Stimulation, from our panel of neurologists and a neurosurgeon during a community health education event entitled, “Techniques and Treatments for Parkinson’s Disease and Essential Tremor.”

The panel will include Michael Yoon, M.D., neurosurgeon, and neurologists James Cook, M.D., Howard Natter, M.D., and Lee Kubersky, M.D. A patient will also share her personal experience with Deep Brain Stimulation.

This community seminar will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2011 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in Abington Memorial Hospital’s Frobese Conference Center in the Lenfest Pavilion.  The event is free.  To register, please call 215-481-2204.
