Raymond J. Leichner Joins Lansdale Hospital As Director of Financial Services
(Lansdale, PA) January 13, 2010 — Raymond J. Leichner has recently joined Lansdale Hospital as the hospital's Director of Financial Services. In his new position, Leichner is responsible for financial operations of the hospital. He brings to his position extensive experience in health care financial planning as well as budgeting and enjoys tackling new projects.
Leichner comes to the 125-bed acute care hospital with over 34 years experience in the financial healthcare field, most recently from Abington Memorial Hospital, where he served as Director of Financial Planning for the past 17 years. Before that, he worked in homecare with physician practice management and at Albert Einstein Health Network in Philadelphia.
"His broad level of planning and budgeting experience and proven track record will undoubtedly be called upon at Lansdale Hospital, as we continue to develop services at the hospital," says Gary R. Candia, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer.
Leichner is a graduate of St. Joseph's University. He is a resident of Hatboro Pennsylvania and enjoys spending time with his family.
