Blueberry Pie

6 cups blueberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup orange juice
2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
graham cracker crust


  1. Wash blueberries and remove any stems.
  2. In a saucepan, bring three cups of berries, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and 1/4 cup orange juice to a boil. Boil for 4 minutes, stirring.
  3. Stir cornstarch into remaining orange juice.
  4. Stir into berry mixture; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly until very thick.
  5. Spread filling in crust. Top with remaining berries; press into filling. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

** Can be served with fat-free frozen vanilla yogurt or fat-free cool whip.
