These classes assist in stress relief, increased awareness of the mind/body connection and are helpful for people with back issues. Our certified Svaroopa® yoga instructor focuses on breathing techniques, proper body alignment, poses to release tension in your spine, and improve flexibility, balance and coordination. Classes are ongoing and new students are welcome.
