The Adult & Child CPR Anytime class is taught by an RN, Certified CPR Instructor. This class focuses on children over 1 year of age through adult. This class is not a certification in CPR. Skills are taught with the American Heart Association’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows you to practice on a manikin while observing a demonstration of the skills in the class and the video. It is offered to help parents and families prepare to give CPR to a child over 12 months of age through adulthood.
Every registration fee provides one kit to use in class and take home for further review. The kit contains everything you need to learn the lifesaving skills of CPR, AED awareness, and choking relief. CPR Anytime is completely portable, so it is easy to share with family and friends after the class. The kit helps to refresh skills learned in a previous class, learn CPR for the first time and allow the ability to show the DVD to other family member or caregivers.
