We highly recommend this class to expectant mothers. Our Prenatal Yoga Classes are taught by an experienced certified Prenatal Yoga instructor. This class is for expectant mothers who are both non- experienced and yoga practitioners. Participants will learn basic poses and movements to build strength, flexibility, breathing awareness and relaxation. All are important to help moms with comfort during the pregnancy and labor. You will learn how to alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, hip pain, sciatica, heartburn, and swelling. Bring a yoga mat and bottle of water. Our yoga classes are for expectant mothers only. This is not a class for partners to attend.
Prior to your first class you must have a signed waiver form from your doctor/ OB/GYN.
