The basics of CPR and what to do if an infant is choking are taught in this class.
This class is not a certification in CPR. It is offered to help new parents prepare for their newborn and how to administer CPR and choking aid to an infant up to 1 year of age. Couples will have the kit to refresh themselves with the skills learned in class and have the ability to show the DVD to other family member or caregivers. The Infant CPR Anytime kit provided in class is designed to be shared with close family members and friends to help extend lifesaving training to more people. This class is highly suggested as a "must-do" by the Pediatricians who will care for your newborn.
The Infant CPR Anytime kit includes the following:
· 1 bilingual (English/Spanish) Infant CPR Anytime DVD
· 1 poly-bagged Mini Baby® CPR personal mannequin
· 1 bilingual (English/Spanish) Infant CPR Anytime skills reminder card
