Improve flexibility, balance, and coordination with Svaroopa® yoga, a gentle practice that uses sequenced poses to relax back muscles and release spinal tension. Our certified Svaroopa® yoga instructor focuses on breathing techniques and proper body alignment to assist in stress relief and increase awareness of the mind/body connection. Classes are especially helpful for those with back issues. Open to students of all abilities and experience levels. Sessions run year round.
