Align your mind, body and spirit while improving flexibility, balance, and coordination in our weekly hatha yoga class. Our certified yoga instructor focuses on breathing techniques, and poses that assist in both mental and physical stress relief. Props are provided to allow students of all fitness levels to achieve proper alignment. Open to students of all abilities and experience levels. Sessions run year round.
