Expectant mothers can join our prenatal yoga instructor and learn basic poses and movements to build strength, flexibility, breathing awareness and relaxation.

Fees & Payment

$40 for four 75-minute classes

Description

We highly recommend this class to expectant mothers.

Classes are held virtually on Mondays.

Our Prenatal Yoga Classes are taught by an experienced certified Prenatal Yoga instructor. This class is for expectant mothers who are both non- experienced and yoga practitioners. Participants will learn basic poses and movements to build strength, flexibility, breathing awareness and relaxation. All are important to help moms with comfort during the pregnancy and labor. You will learn how to alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, hip pain, sciatica, heartburn, and swelling. You will need a yoga mat and bottle of water. The instructor will send an e-mail with additional information and the link for the class.

Our yoga classes are for expectant mothers only.
