My AMH Story Masthead

Keith Mayer

I had a dural implant surgery at the hospital on 10/16/2013. I was very impressed from the time I walked in, to the time I left the hospital. Every single person who works there has a smile on their face. They are all willing to go out of their way to make sure you're (the patient) comfortable. Every single question is addressed with a smile. The staff is top rate. One person who sticks out in my experience, is Kaitlin in Recovery One. She did everything to help me with the pain from the time I woke up, till the time I was sent to Recovery Two. She even went so far as to call the waiting room to notify my wife I was okay and out of surgery. I've had several surgeries in four different hospitals, and never have I met someone so sincere, caring, and dedicated to their work. Even when my eyes were still closed she was asking how she could make me more comfortable. I can not say enough good things about her, and the way she treated me, or any of the other people there. She is truly an angel, and deserves a medal.
