Diagnosing Breast Cancer

Breast cancer diagnosis needs state-of-the-science capabilities. We have the latest technology and highly skilled specialists for the most accurate breast cancer evaluation.

Services at our exceptional, convenient breast imaging and diagnostic center include: digital mammography, breast ultrasound, stereotactic breast biopsy, and ultrasound-guided and MRI-guided breast biopsy.

A team of breast radiologists, breast surgeons and pathologists achieves a rapid diagnosis. Our “Fast Track Program” speeds scheduling for women needing to see a surgeon or undergo biopsy.

Tests to Diagnose Breast Cancer

Physical examination may detect breast lumps or changes. Further diagnostic testing includes: digital mammogram, ultrasound, MRI, CT and PET scans, breast biopsy, sentinel lymph node biopsy and tests to determine hormone sensitivity and HER2 status. We also provide consultations (second opinions) for patients originally diagnosed elsewhere.
