Orthopaedic Education & Support

Classes, support groups and special programs about bone, spine and joint conditions can help you get better and stay well.

Through our education and support resources, you’ll find out how to understand, manage, treat and even prevent conditions such as chronic back pain and joint problems.

Abington Health and the Orthopaedic & Spine Institute present classes and programs on bone, joint and spine conditions year-round, at various times and locations.

Wide Range of Resources

We offer many opportunities and events to help you. You can have an individualized exercise program, golf conditioning regimen, or training for an athletic event designed for you.

For specific conditions, you may attend a spine support group, take part in a joint replacement aquatic exercise class or osteoporosis weight training. Presentations by our specialists discuss arthritis, spinal stenosis, joint replacement, herniated disc pain, and more.
