Please notify us promptly of any changes in your name, insurance coverage or contact information.

Our staff will discuss co-pays and other payment responsibilities with you.

Co-pays and payments for office visits are expected at the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.

If you have a managed care plan, referrals are required to see specialists and for certain diagnostic test and procedures.

Please feel free to discuss any insurance questions with our staff.

Hospital Admissions

Our practice is proud to be affiliated with Abington Memorial Hospital (AMH) and its highly qualified medical staff.  We have great confidence in the specialists, ancillary services and inpatient care at AMH.  Should patients need hospitalization, our physicians will care for you and will work with specialists and other clinicians. As a teaching facility, AMH is committed to training the next generation of physicians and residents who may be involved in your care.

When you are discharged, you will receive detailed discharge instructions and your physician will get a report summarizing the care you received. To ensure appropriate follow-up, we encourage you to contact our office to schedule an appointment to update your medication list and answer any questions you may have regarding your hospitalization.
