An exercise physiologist leads individuals through a series of stretching and strengthening exercises using the water as resistance, or you can exercise during open exercise times with no instructor. The water temperature is a comfortable 95 degrees. Physician clearance is required. Participants must be independently mobile and be comfortable in the water.
