These classes assist in stress relief and increased awareness of the mind/body connection. Our certified hatha yoga instructor focuses on breathing techniques, proper body alignment, and poses to improve flexibility, balance, and coordination. Blocks, straps, blankets, chairs, and bolsters
are used to assist students of all fitness levels. Wear comfortable, loose
fitting-clothing, and bring a yoga mat if you have one.Classes are ongoing and new students are welcome.
