Hatha yoga classes assist in stress relief and increased awareness of the mind/body connection. Classes are ongoing but newcomers are welcome. Our certified hatha yoga instructor focuses on breathing techniques, proper body alignment, and postures to improve flexibility, balance, and coordination. Blocks, straps, blankets, chairs, and bolsters are used to assist students of all fitness levels. Wear comfortable, loose fitting-clothing, and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
