Are you training for your first 5k, 10-miler, or triathlon this year? If the answer is yes, then our certified exercise physiologist can help develop, instruct and motivate you. A safe, effective training regimen may be taken with you or completed at the Abington Fitness Institute. You will receive written details plus group-training activities and support. Sessions focus on cardiovascular activities, resistance and functional training, flexibility and recovery. Ask about our Partner Training Package (limited to two people).
