Taught by a certified prenatal yoga instructor, this class is for both non-yoga and yoga practitioners. Participants will learn poses and movements to build strength, flexibility, breath awareness, and relaxation. You will learn how to alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, hip pain, sciatica, heartburn, and swelling. NOTE: *You may attend classes after the session month has begun and the site states the class is closed.
