Becoming a Dad: Introductory DadLab Workshop for Expectant Fathers and Dads with babies under 1 year of age.
Becoming a father is the most profound and complicated event in a man’s life. Hearing you’re going to be a father brings joy and excitement.
Yet becoming a dad also triggers uncertainty and worry.
- What kind of father do I want to be?
- How can I manage all these new demands?
- How will the baby impact my relationship with my partner?
What men are saying about this workshop:
"It is exceedingly rare to find an environment that encourages communication amongst men. That is precisely what makes DadLab so valuable. Being able to talk with new fathers and fathers-to-be helped me deal with this new stage of my life"
" DadLab helped me immensely by providing an outlet to speak about the challenges of parenthood and to learn what type of dad I want to become."
While there are multiple resources for new moms, a place for men to prepare for fatherhood is new. This introductory DadLab Workshop allows expectant dads to think through this monumental transition and plan to successfully navigate the challenges of fatherhood.
