Volunteering at Abington – Lansdale Hospital
Our volunteers perform tasks in virtually every area of the building. They greet visitors, deliver flowers to patients and serve 36 departments in the hospital. So many tasks, so many people, so many lives are touched by a simple gift - the gift of you. We hope you will consider sharing your time, talents, caring and dedication with us and all the members of our hospital family. We believe you'll find your life enriched through your service to others. Be assured each hour you spend as a volunteer at Abington – Lansdale Hospital – employee, patient, visitor or volunteer – will go far toward helping us meet the demanding needs of our friends and neighbors.
If you are between the ages of 14 and 18, enjoy helping people or are considering one of the healthcare professions as a career, why not join Lansdale's family of volunteers? The Teen Volunteer Program has positions for kind, enthusiastic, motivated students, who are available to volunteer during the summer months.
